Return Window

• You can place a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

• After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept any return or refund requests.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase/order number.

• Items must be returned with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Innerwear, socks, personal use items

• Customized or personalized products

• Items purchased during clearance/sale

Return Process

2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and product pictures/video.

3. After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
   If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the item to our address.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• First, check your bank account / payment app again.

• Then contact your bank or payment gateway.
  If you still have not received it, please contact us.
